WVT Acquires USA Datanet
WARWICK, NY--(MARKET WIRE)--Mar 11, 2009 -- Warwick Valley Telephone Company (NasdaqGM:WWVY - News) (the "Company") announced today that in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of New York, WVT Communications' modified initial bid for the acquisition of the wholesale and hosted VoIP assets of USA Datanet has been accepted. USA Datanet is a provider of business telecommunications services with headquarters in Syracuse and customers throughout the Upstate New York region.
