OVERLAND PARK, Kan.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Board of Directors of Waddell & Reed Financial, Inc. (NYSE: WDR - News) approved a quarterly dividend on its Class A common stock of $0.19 per share payable on November 2, 2009 to stockholders of record as of October 2, 2009.
