MIAMI (AP) -- Watsco Inc. is increasing its quarterly dividend by 9 percent to 62 cents per share.
The heating and cooling company said Tuesday that the dividend will be paid on Jan. 31 to shareholders of record on Jan. 13.
Watsco's stock gained $1.92, or 2.9 percent, to $67.58 in morning trading. The shares are up 34 percent from their low of $50.45 per share in early October and traded as high over the past year at $73.38 in early April.
