ST. LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Thomas R. Voss, president and CEO of Ameren Corp. (NYSE:AEE - News), will join Martin J. Lyons, senior vice president and CFO of Ameren Corp., to discuss third quarter 2009 financial results and other matters related to the company in a conference call with financial analysts on Friday, Oct. 30, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (9:00 a.m. Central Time).

The call will be broadcast live over the Internet at www.ameren.com. Supporting materials for the call will be posted in the Investors/Presentations area of Ameren's Web site. A replay of the Webcast will be available for one year beginning approximately one hour after the close of the call.

With assets of $23 billion, Ameren serves about 2.4 million electric customers and almost one million natural gas customers in a 64,000-square-mile area of Missouri and Illinois.
