Western Prospector Group Ltd. Announces Further Suspension of Mongolian Uranium Licenses

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - 07/15/09) - Western Prospector Group Ltd. ("Western") (TSX-V:WNP - News) today reports that it has received notice from the Mineral Resources Authority of Mongolia ("MRAM") stating that all of Western's uranium exploration licenses have been suspended for three months due to purported violations of various laws of Mongolia.

Western's Mongolian staff has not yet completed the English translation of such notice or related documentation. Western will provide further updates as information becomes available.
