VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - 09/04/09) - Wildcat Silver Corporation (TSX-V:WS - News) ("Wildcat" or "the Company") has granted 2,648,000 incentive stock options to directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company. The options are exercisable at $0.485 per share for a period of five years, and are subject to various vesting periods of up to 36 months. The shares issuable under the options are subject to a four-month hold period and are subject to regulatory approval.
