Originally born in Orange County, CA, the breakout artist now resides in Los Angeles, CA to pursue his music career. Justin Abrams and BC, known as Beyond Conception, was formed in 2002 by Justin and his brother Matt "with a clear vision; to create a musical vehicle that will influence positivity, inspiration, love, and passion, along with an outlet for self expression on the most personal level." Beyond Conception's beginnings were grass roots in its truest form. With garage band styling, Justin and his bandmates reached out to listeners with one simple sentence: "Just give me two minutes." People listened and people loved. The original presented sound was a unique blend of rock, blues, and jazz, highlighted with classical influences that melded together for mainstream accessibility.
Known in music circles for his charismatic piano playing and accomplishments beyond his years, Abrams began his career at the age of 15 when he joined Drake Bell's band, Drake 24/7. Beyond Conception has since performed with talented artists like Five for Fighting, America, We Are Scientists, Jane Carrey, NOFX, Marcy Playground, and The Vandals. Between 2010-2012 Justin has performed over 300+ shows across the United States, and in over 15 countries.
Abrams was a contributing composer in National Lampoon's 2010 Comedy Feature Film, Sex Tax, and has secured numerous placements in programs on MTV Networks. He also wrote an original anthem for the NFL's San Diego Chargers, which was played at their home games from 2010-2012.
