The newly launched service will complement its personal insurance program, the identity fraud expense coverage, that is a part of the ACE Platinum Portfolio.
As per the deal with ID Resolution, the customers of ACE will have access to many additional services including social media monitoring, online reputation management, triple-bureau credit reporting, document recovery and fraud resolution. Also, the company’s social network monitoring program will protect customers from all sorts of cyber deceptions and provide periodical updates about alteration in privacy policies and other data standards.
Experts within online reputation management will assist the clients of ACE to remove any risky information posted on the web. ACE clients will also receive expert guidance on account of loss of any important document at the time of traveling. They are also entitled to receiving similar benefits at times of robbery or any natural calamity, wherein experts will help them in procuring lost documents.
ID Resolution will offer competent services to tackle frauds to the customers of ACE Private Risk Services. The fraud specialists will directly deal with the respective regulatory body to handle all cases of identity fraud.
