European Jitters Hit Software Maker
Adobe Systems guided lower after results beat in the second quarter. Profit will be $0.56 to $0.61 in its third quarter, compared with the $0.61 consensus estimate. Revenue will also be no more than $1.125, while the Street had expected $1.13 billion. ADBE drops 5 percent before the bell on my tradeMONSTER platform.
Idenix Climbs on Phase II Data
Idenix Pharmaceuticals reported positive phase II clinical data for its Hepatitis-C drug candidates, IDX184 and IDX719. IDIX rose 16 percent in early trading.
Outlook Weighs on FSI International
FSI International reported better-than-expected earnings. But in the revenue in the current quarter is expected to be $40 million to $45 million, while analysts were looking for $48.1 million. FSII is lower by 13 percent in the premarket.
