LOS ANGELES (AP) -- An Aecom Technology Corp. joint venture won a $70 million contract for work with the Department of Defense, the company said Tuesday.
Under the five-year contract, Aecom will provide construction-management services for ongoing projects at Pentagon facilities. This is Aecom's fifth such contract with the Defense Department's Washington Headquarters Services.
Aecom, based in Los Angeles, provides construction management and other services to governments and corporations. It did not disclose details of its joint venture arrangement.
Aecom shares rose 43 cents, or 2.7 percent, to $16.58 in afternoon trading.
