EDMONTON, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Feb. 23, 2012) - Agau Resources, Inc. (NEX:AGS-H.V - News) welcomes Barton Sheridan Lawrence to the Board of Directors. Bart was appointed to replace Einar Myrholm who passed away November 28, 2010.
Bart will assume the positions of President and Chief Executive Officer of the corporation.
