Airbus group submits bid as Denmark looks to replace F-16s, WSJ reports

An Airbus (EADSY)-led group has submitted a bid to the Danish government for its Eurofighter Typhoon jet, the Wall Street Journal reports. The Airbus consortium also includes BAE Systems (BAESY) and Finmeccanica. Denmark, which is looking to replace its fleet of aging F-16s (LMT), has also invited bids for Boeing (BA) for its F/A-18 and Lockheed for the F-35.
