Alcoa criticizes LME proposals for warehouse rule overhaul, WSJ says

Alcoa criticized the proposal put forth by the London Metal Exchange, LME, in July, which calls for cutting the wait time to get metal from warehouses licensed by the exchange, says the Wall Street Journal. Alcoa said the proposal would "constitute a major market intervention" that "will do nothing to help our customers," added the WSJ.
