The 10-date run will kick off on March 9 with shows from March 9-10, 13-14, 16-17, 20-21 and 24-25. The residency comes during what has been dubbed "The Year of the Peach" in celebration of the fortieth anniversary of their 1972 album "Eat a Peach."

The following month, Allman Brothers Band will host the eighth annual Wanee Festival in Live Oak, FL. The three-day event has become a staple for festival-goers with past performers including The Black Keys, Robert Plant & Band of Joy, rockabilly star Wanda Jackson and The Doobie Brothers among others. The lineup for the 2012 festival hasn't been released yet.
