HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwired - Jun 6, 2013) - The Houston Chapter of the American Marketing Association, the area's leading marketing organization, announces an exclusive marketing panel, "OTC Review: Successful Event Strategies from Houston's Largest Trade Show." A culmination of months of hard work for Houston's energy community, the Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) welcomes 2500 exhibitors from around the world. And with tens of thousands of visitors walking the show floor, the question of how to maximize trade show investment and truly engage your customer becomes imperative. 

On Friday, June 14, from 7:30 - 10:30 AM, a panel of Houston-based companies will each explore several key questions to consider for tradeshow marketing success, and share their unique approach to proven customer engagement. Attendees will learn best practices in making an exhibit successful, how to determine criteria and measure the value of participating, and how to stand out amid all of the action. 

The panel presentation will be led by Tina Kruse, Global Exhibitions and Events Manager, FMC Technologies, Estevan Dufrin, Marketing Manager, Rigzone, and Clare Sullivan Jackson, Founder & CEO, The Sullivan Group. In 2012, FMC's booth was one of the largest and most imposing on the show floor; Rigzone pursued a specific audience segment with some novel tactics; and Sullivan Group promoted the event itself through a range of functions and the ever-growing OTC-TV.
