The online retailer continues to be the preferred e-commerce destination for consumers during the holiday shopping season for the second consecutive year in ForeSee's Holiday E-Retail Satisfaction Index. Amazon (AMZN) led with a score of 88 on a 100-point scale. Apple's (AAPL) online store fell to a score of 80 from 83 last year. Dell (DELL) fell 3 points, to 77. J.C. Penney (JCP) had the biggest decline, falling to 78 from 83 last year. Shares of Amazon, which has an IBD Composite Rating of 64, an EPS Rating of 20 and a Relative Strength Rating of 82, dipped 0.3%. IBD Ratings range from a low of 1 to high of 99.
