AMCOL International reports imminent filing of Q2 Form 10-Q

On Aug. 10, AMCOL International announced the delayed filing of its Form 10-Q for Q2. The delay was required due to our determination, at the time, that we may need to reduce the value of inventory recorded in our Environmental segment's Spanish operations. The company is pleased to announce that they have completed an investigation into these and other matters and that AMCOL expects to file its Q2 Form 10-Q on Oct. 30.
