American Midstream Partners, LP (AMID) announced today that the board of directors of its general partner declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.4525 per unit for the third quarter ended September 30, 2013, or $1.81 per unit on an annualized basis. The third quarter 2013 distribution represents an increase of $0.02 per unit, or 4.6 percent, compared to the distribution for the third quarter 2012 and the second quarter 2013.
The cash distribution will be paid on November 14, 2013, to unitholders of record as of the close of business on November 7, 2013, together with the general partner of American Midstream Partners, LP. The ex-dividend date is November 5, 2013.
