AMR, US Airways boards to vote on merger February 11, Bloomberg reports

The boards of AMR Corp. (AAMRQ), which owns American Airlines, and US Airways (LCC) will vote on a merger Monday, February 11, according to a Bloomberg report that cites people familiar with the matter. The report says US Airways CEO Doug Parker will run the combined airline, as AMR bankruptcy creditors will get 72% equity in the new company, with 28% going to US Airways shareholders.
