Jazz Pharmaceuticals' (JAZZ) advance may be attributable to a favorable Markman ruling related to its narcolepsy medication Xyrem, according to The Wall Street Journal. An analyst at Jefferies said the patent construction ruling "seems like a clear win for Jazz," upon initial evaluation, the report noted. Shares of Jazz were up about 15% to $55.27 in late afternoon trading.
