was downgraded at Goldman Sachs to sell. $53 price target. Estimates were also cut, given lower expected Americas ag equipment spending, Goldman said.

Energizer was upgraded at Morgan Stanley to overweight from equal-weight. $117 price target. Company has strong earnings visibility and deserves a higher multiple, Morgan Stanley said.

Hill-Rom was downgraded at Morgan Stanley to underweight from equal-weight. $36 price target. Valuation call, as the stock is up 46% year to date, Morgan Stanley said. 

LPL Financial was upgraded at UBS to neutral from sell. Margin pressure has subsided and underlying growth metrics remain strong, UBS said. Estimates raised with $42 price target.

Mueller Water was upgraded at Goldman Sachs to neutral from sell. $9 price target. Company is executing better and is leveraged to higher spending, Goldman said.

Best Buy price target, estimates were increased at Jefferies. BBY lifted its numbers, Jefferies said. Space reallocation should drive top and bottom line, Jefferies also said. $52 price target and buy rating.

Digital Realty Trust estimates, price target were lowered at Jefferies. Guidance for 2013 was lowered and outlook for 2014 remains soft, Jefferies said. $50 price target and hold rating.

Essex Property Trust estimates, price target were increased at Jefferies. Shares are seen reaching $170. Increasing supply and rising rent-to-income ratios, Jefferies said. Estimates also raised into next year. Hold rating.

Fifth Third Bancorp estimates, price target were increased at Jefferies. The company increased its numbers. Mortgage cost flexibility, capacity to add securities and grow CRE, and streamlining the retail model are major drivers, Jefferies said. $23 price target and buy rating.

Monsanto estimates, price target were increased at UBS. Driven by expansion of soybeans and international corn gross margin, UBS said. $118 price target and buy rating.
