NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- CHANGE IN RATINGS

AutoNation was upgraded to neutral at Deutsche Bank. The company is seeing opportunity in the Used and Parts/Service business implying that internal initiatives are bearing fruit. Price target goes to $39, said Deutsche Bank.

Cott was downgraded to neutral at UBS. The valuation is full. Price target remains $11, said UBS.

El Paso Electric was upgraded to buy from hold at Jefferies. The company has one of the strongest demand growth profiles in the industry and trades at a 15% discount, said Jefferies. Price target is $39.

Amgen earnings estimates were increased through 2014 at Citi. The company has a deep pipeline that is still overlooked, said Citigroup. The price target goes to $133.

Amphenol earnings estimates were increased through 2014 given the Q1 beat and strong aerospace growth, said Citigroup. The price target goes to $83.

Celanese estimates and price target were increased through 2014 at Deutsche Bank. First quarter beat and this should mark a turning point for the company, said Deutsche Bank. Price target goes to $60.

Alliance Data Systems earnings estimates were increased given market share gains in the private label business at JMP Securities. Price target goes to $175.

IBM earnings estimates were reduced through 2014 to reflect weak hardware sales at Citigroup.

IBM earnings were cut primarily to reflect the $400M of transactional deals that did not close in the quarter and weak IT spending trends, said Deutsche Bank. Price target was reduced $225.

Morgan Stanley estimates were reduced at UBS. Morgan Stanley earnings estimates were cut for 2013 given the first quarter miss and weaker securities revenue, said UBS.

Microsoft earnings estimates were increased for 2013 at UBS. Gross margins are beginning to stabilize as the company gains scale.

NetFlix estimates were increased at Lazard. NetFlix estimates increased through 2013, Lazard Capital Markets said. Q1 report may swing ability to deliver sub growth. Buy rating and $200 price target.

Vertex Pharmaceutical price target was increased at Deutsche Bank. Vetex' price target was increased to $100, said Deutsche Bank. F508del homozygous and other Kalydeco mutations are now expected to have a 100% success rate.

Verizon VZ Verizon earnings estimates were increased through 2014 to reflect strong Q1 wireless results, said Citigroup. The opportunity for a possible LBO of Vodafone's stake in Verizon Wireless remains on the table. Price target goes to $56.
