Adtran ADTN downgraded at Morgan Stanley from Equal-weight to Underweight, Morgan Stanley said. $12.50 price target. Estimates also cut, given weaker macro trends.
American Public Education APEI upgraded to buy at TheStreet Ratings.
Ashland ASH downgraded at JP Morgan from Overweight to Neutral, JP Morgan said. Valuation call, based on a $76 price target.
BlackRock BLK upgraded at Citigroup to Buy from Neutral, Citigroup said. $220 price target. Concerns over ETF related dilution and CEO turnover discounted.
Cache CACH downgraded to sell at TheStreet Ratings.
CH Robinson CHRW upgraded at JP Morgan from Underweight to Neutral, JP Morgan said. $65 price target. Softer truck pricing support and improved outlook.
CME Group CME downgraded at Stifel from Buy to Hold, Stifel Nicolaus said. Valuation call, as the stock approached the old $60 price target.
Disney DIS downgraded at Caris from Above Average to Average, Caris & Company said. Valuation call.
Gilead GILD upgraded at Lazard to Buy, Lazard said. $89 price target. Expect that HCV will be the company's next main growth driver.
Investors Bancorp ISBC downgraded at Sterne from Buy to Neutral, Sterne Agee said. Valuation call, based on a $19 price target.
Intersil ISIL downgraded at JP Morgan from Neutral to Underweight, JP Morgan said. $5 price target. Company is losing market share in a declining PC market.
Keycorp KEY downgraded at Deutsche from Buy to Hold, Deutsche Bank said. $9 price target. Company will be hurt by lower mortgage rates.
Mastec MTZ downgraded at DA Davidson from Buy to Neutral, DA Davidson said. Valuation call, as the stock has gained 50% over the past three months. $24 price target.
Maxim Integrated MXIM upgraded at JP Morgan from Underweight to Neutral, JP Morgan said. $26 price target. Company is leveraged to higher growth at Samsung.
Netflix NFLX upgraded at Morgan Stanley from Equal-weight to Overweight, Morgan Stanley said. $85 price target. Do not believe that Amazon is a direct threat to the company.
Packaging Corp. PKG downgraded at DA Davidson to Neutral, DA Davidson said. Valuation call, based on a $37.50 price target.
Sonoco Products DA downgraded at DA Davidson to Neutral, DA Davidson said. $33 price target. Estimates also cut, given the company's new guidance.
Webster Financial WBS downgraded at Deutsche from Buy to Hold, Deutsche Bank said. $24 price target. Company is leveraged to higher expected mortgage prepay rates.
Western Gas Partners WES downgraded at UBS to Neutral from Buy, UBS said. $51 price target. Valuation call.

Medtronic MDT target raised at Oppenheimer to $48, Oppenheimer said. Recent peer-group multiple expansion. Outperform rating.
Northern Trust NTRS numbers lowered at Jefferies. Shares of NTRS now seen reaching $48, Jefferies said. Estimates also lowered on efficiency initiatives. Hold rating.
Ocwen Financial OCN numbers raised at KBW. Shares of OCN now seen reaching $40, according to Keefe, Bruyette & Woods said. Homeward acquisition should add to earnings. Outperform rating.
Onyx Pharmaceuticals ONXX numbers increased at BofA/Merrill. ONXX estimates were raised through 2013, Bank of America/Merrill Lynch said. Expect higher Kyprolis sales. Buy rating and new $101 price target.
Constellation Brands STZ numbers raised at UBS. Shares of STZ now seen reaching $42. Estimates also increased as strong depletion trends support positive outlook. Buy rating.
