Walt Disney was upgraded at UBS to buy from neutral. Retrans/ reverse comp, accelerated return of capital, and parks profitability is underappreciated, UBS said. Price target is now $72.

Ecolab was downgraded at Robert Baird to neutral from outperform. Valuation call, based on an $88 price target, Baird said.

Eastman Chemical was downgraded at J.P. Morgan to neutral from overweight. $70 price target. Valuation call, as the stock is up 45% in the past 11 months, J.P. Morgan said.

Flir Systems was upgraded at J.P. Morgan to neutral from underweight. Valuation call, based on $26.50 price target, J.P. Morgan said.

Hancock Holding was downgraded to hold at TheStreet Ratings.


LifePoint Hospitals was upgraded at UBS to buy from neutral at UBS. CMS proposed Medicare net IPPS was better than expected and should benefit the group, UBS said.

Madison Square Garden was initiated with an outperform rating at Credit Suisse. $68 price target. Premium sports content is increasing in value, Credit Suisse said.

NII Holdings upgraded at Wells Fargo to outperform from market perform. Estimates were also increased, as the company has multiple potential catalysts, Wells Fargo said.

New York Times was downgraded to hold at TheStreet Ratings.

Park Electrochemical was downgraded to hold at TheStreet Ratings.

PVR Partners was upgraded to buy at TheStreet Ratings.

Simpson Manufacturing was downgraded at DA Davidson to neutral from buy. $32 price target. Increased competition is facing increased competition, DA Davidson said.


Suntrust was upgraded at FBR Capital Markets to outperform from market perform. $37 price target. Operating trends are improving, FBR Capital Markets said.

Teledyne was downgraded at Drexel Hamilton to hold from buy. $80 price target. Estimates also cut, as the company is seeing lower margins, Drexel Hamilton said.

Tenet Healthcare was upgraded at Robert Baird to outperform from neutral. $51 price target. Company should receive higher Medicare reimbursement rates, Baird said.

Allegheny estimates, price target were increased at Keybanc. Estimates were boosted through 2014. Earnings momentum is bottoming, Keybanc said. Buy rating and new $40 price target.

Boeing price target was boosted at Drexel Hamilton. Shares now seen reaching $110. Company is running a record backlog and can expand margins, Drexel Hamilton said. Buy rating.

Bristol-Myers estimates were reduced at Leerink Swann through 2014. Company is seeing lower Eliquis sales, Leerink Swann said. Market Perform rating.

Brocade estimates, price target were reduced at Craig-Hallum. Shares are now seen reaching $5.50. Estimates were also cut, given lackluster storage results, Craig-Hallum said. Hold rating.

Cognizant price target and estimates were reduced at UBS. Estimates were cut to reflect the uncertainty surrounding the visa debate, said UBS. Price target goes to $68.

DR Horton numbers were increased at Credit Suisse through 2014. Higher sales should drive margin expansion, Credit Suisse said. Outperform rating and new $28 price target.

DTE Energy estimates were increased at UBS ahead of the company's analyst day. Cost savings continue, and an update on the multiyear road map is expected to be announced, UBS said.

GNC estimates, price target were boosted at BMO Capital. Shares are now seen reaching $50. Estimates were also increased, given better pricing. Outperform rating.

Lifepoint estimates, price target were raised at Credit Suisse. Shares are now seen reaching $48. Estimates were also increased, as acqusitions are adding to earnings and the company is keeping a tight lid on costs, Credit Suisse said. Neutral rating.

3M estimates were reduced at UBS. Estimates were reduced given tough macro conditions in the first quarter, said UBS. FX will also be more of a headwind for the company than originally expected, UBS also said.

Molina estimates, price target were raised at Cantor Fitzgerald. Shares are now seen reaching $35. Estimates were also increased, given the company's new guidance, Cantor said. Hold rating.

Oil States numbers were cut at Credit Suisse through 2014. Company lowered its guidance, Credit Suisse said. Neutral rating and new $78 price target.

PVH was added to the Focus List at Credit Suisse. $139 price target. Accelerated revenue growth should boost margins, Credit Suisse said.

Regeneron estimates, price target were increased at Bank of America/Merrill Lynch. Estimates were increased through 2015. Company can continue to deliver robust growth, BofA/Merrill said. Buy rating and new $240 price target.

Boston Beer price target and estimates were increased at UBS. Estimates were raised to reflect the success of Angry Orchard, said UBS. Price target goes to $143.

VF Corp. numbers were boosted at Credit Suisse. Shares are now seen reaching $188. Estimates were also increased, as the company is expanding margins, Credit Suisse said. Outperform rating.

VF Corp. price target and estimates were increased at UBS. Estimates were raised given solid margins and an encouraging outlook for innovative platforms, said UBS. Price target goes to $191.

WisdomTree Investments estimates were reduced at Citigroup. Earnings estimates were reduced given disappointing cost guidance, said Citigroup.

Wynn estimates, price target were increased at Morgan Stanley. Estimates were raised through 2014. Macau should drive growth, and the company is cutting costs in Las Vegas, Morgan Stanley said. Equal-weight rating and new $140 price target.
