Cathay General CATY downgraded at DA Davidson from buy to neutral, DA Davidson said. Valuation call, as the stock is up 30% over the past year.

Targa Resources TRGP downgraded at BofA to neutral from buy, Bank of America Merrill Lynch said. $60 price target. Valuation call.

Watson Pharmaceuticals WPI downgraded at Goldman from buy to neutral, Goldman Sachs said. $96 price target. Valuation call, as the stock gained 43% in 2012.

Watsco WSO downgraded at JP Morgan to underweight, JP Morgan said. Valuation call, based on a $72 price target.

AGCO AGCO target raised at Jefferies to $58, Jefferies said. Long- term opportunity remains. Buy rating.

American Express AXP numbers increased at Credit Suisse. AXP estimates were raised through 2015, Credit Suisse said. Company is cutting costs. Underperform rating and new $59 price target.

Chipotle Mexican Grill CMG numbers raised at UBS. Shares of CMG now seen reaching $310, UBS said. Estimates also increased on expectations of a strong quarter. Neutral rating.

Campbell Soup CPB cut from Conviction Buy List at Goldman. Turnaround is progressing slower than expected. $40 price target.

Deckers DECK estimates, target cut at Piper. Shares of DECK now seen reaching $34, according to Piper Jaffray. Estimates also reduced, as the company is marking down prices in the UK. Neutral rating.

Hertz HTZ added to Priority Stock List at Wells. HTZ was added to the Priority Stock list, Wells Fargo said. Company is attractively valued and can deliver solid earnings growth over the next couple of years.

Nokia NOK estimates, target raised at BMO. Shares of NOK now seen reaching $3, according to BMO Capital. Estimates also increased, given the company's new guidance.

Praxair PX target raised at Jefferies to $120, Jefferies said. Strong bidding activity. Buy rating.
