AOL Inc., up $3.03 at $39.20

A Barclays analyst upgraded the Internet company, predicting modest revenue growth as it continues to turn its business around.

Cliffs Natural Resources Inc., down $2.97 at $18.46

A Morgan Stanley analyst, pessimistic on the U.S. iron ore market, downgraded his rating on the mining company's stock.

Lindsay Corp., down $2.36 at $90.01

The irrigation systems maker said that its fiscal second-quarter net income climbed 52 percent, but warned that demand could weaken.

SAIC Inc., up 50 cents at $13.32

The security and communications technology firm posted a fourth-quarter profit and announced a special dividend of $1 per share.

Landec Corp., up 29 cents at $13.63

The seller of food packaging posted flat third-quarter earnings and said that revenue in the May quarter would fall below expectations.

Mattress Firm Holding Corp., up $3.75 at $34.77

The mattress retailer said that its fourth-quarter net income fell, but it forecast a solid year thanks to newly acquired stores.

Net 1 Ueps Technologies Inc., up $1.62 at $7.65

A South African appeal court upheld the payment processing company's contract with the South African Social Security Agency.

Pozen Inc., up 16 cents at $5.40

The drugmaker submitted a new application to the U.S. FDA for the marketing approval of two potential cardiovascular drugs.
