Due to higher costs and unfavorable currency exchange rates, the insurance brokerage firm's first-quarter net income fell 3 percent.

Dolby Laboratories Inc., up $6.59 at $44.22

The company posted solid second-quarter results and said its digital audio encoding program will be in Microsoft's operating system.

Fluor Corp., up 39 cents at $56.93

The engineering company said its first-quarter profit rose 10.9 percent as it saw strong growth from its oil and gas customers.

Warnaco Group Inc., down $3.19 at $47.94

The clothing maker lowered its 2012 forecast and said its first-quarter net income fell, hurt by the weak European economy.
