Customers are reporting to 9to5Mac and MacRumors that Apple is finally shipping Lightning adapters and cables.
The accessories are first landing in Australia, but the Lightning peripherals should arrive in the U.S. sometime within next week or so.
Last week, we learned that third-party retailers not be able to sell Lightning accessories because of proprietary technology that Apple must explicitly authorize usage of.
The Apple Store lists the $19 Lightning to USB cable as shipping in one to two weeks, while the $29 Lightning to 30-pin adapter is listed as shipping in an ambiguous October.
