The Federal Circuit Court of Appeals rejected Apple's (AAPL) request to issue a ban on the sale of Samsung's Nexus smartphone in the U.S. before a copyright infringement trial set for March '14. Apple had won a $1.05 bil case against Samsung in a Calif. District Court. The new case includes a patent not involved in the other trial. Shares fell 0.3% to 455.49.
