Electronics giants Apple (AAPL) and Samsung must meet to discuss settlement of their long-running patent litigation, according to a court filing. Lawyers from both will be present when talks begin by Feb. 19, along with Apple CEO Tim Cook and Samsung CEO Oh-Hyun Kwon. The talks come ahead of a new trial slated later in '14 on key mobile device patents. Apple won a round in Nov. when a Calif. jury said Samsung must pay more than $290 mil in damages for infringing Apple patents. Apple shares fell 1.3% to 536.52.
