APPLE VALLEY, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- A new Sister Kenny Sports & Physical Therapy Center will open January 16 at the Apple Valley Medical Center, located at 14655 Galaxie Avenue in Apple Valley. It replaces Integrated Medical Rehabilitation (IMR), whose contract expired at the end of 2011.

Ryan Smith will transfer from the Sister Kenny location in Cottage Grove to become the Apple Valley Site Coordinator for the new facility. Sister Kenny has also hired a number of former IMR therapists in order to maintain consistency for patients.
Services offered by the Sister Kenny Sports & Physical Therapy Center at the new Apple Valley facility will include:
