AQM Copper Inc. Grants Options

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire -02/22/12)- AQM Copper Inc. ("AQM Copper Inc." or the "Company") (TSX-V: AQM.V - News) granted 50,000 incentive stock options to Pinnacle Capital Markets Ltd. ("Pinnacle") pursuant to the Company's stock option plan and the rules of the TSX Venture Exchange. The options are exercisable at a price of $0.65 and are exercisable until January 18, 2013. The options will vest in four equal installments every three months commencing on the grant date.

Pinnacle has been engaged to refine and execute an investor relations strategy that will enhance and expand AQM Copper Inc. exposure with the Canadian and international investment community. Pinnacle will assist AQM Copper Inc. in fostering productive, continuing dialogues with analysts, brokers, potential investors, current shareholders and other financial professionals.
