ARC Group to acquire Kecy for $26M

ARC Group Worldwide announced it has signed a definitive agreement for acquisition of the business of Kecy Corporation. Kecy is one of the industry's leading precision metal stamping companies, utilizing advanced manufacturing, robotics, automation, and die-making equipment. The transaction is structured as an acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Kecy. The closing of the Kecy Acquisition is expected to occur on June 25. ARC acquired the ISO 9001:2000 certified company's business for $26M, in an all-cash transaction. Kecy generated revenues in excess of $26M during FY13.
