Argentine tech company Globant to launch IPO, NY Times says

Argentine software and information technology services company Globant has filed to launch an IPO on the NYSE, according to The New York Times. The company, which said it seeks to raise $86.25M, is using JPMorgan (JPM), Citigroup (C), Credit Suisse (CS), William Blair and Loyal3 Securities as lead underwriters, the newspaper added. The company has focused on developing software for the gaming, mobile and cloud computing sectors, according to The Times.
