Ascena Retail Group's (ASNA) net sales increased 48% to $1.138 bil, in line with views. Sales at stores open at least a year climbed 1%. It reaffirmed full-year EPS guidance of $1.45-$1.55, shy of views for $1.56. Shares rose 2.8% to 20.35 in after-hours trade.
