Associa, North America’s largest community association management firm, proudly announces the appointment of Lisa O’Neill as an ETI (Enablement, Training & Implementation) consultant on the client accounting project team as part of the Client Shared Services Center (CSSC).
“Lisa will work on a variety of related projects that will help prepare Associa branches and the Client Shared Services Center for successful client accounting go-lives,” says Associa Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, Patrick Brensinger. “Her extensive accounting, software and industry knowledge provide a solid foundation for the work she will be doing.”
Most recently, O’Neill has been working with the centralization project team and as the interim client accounting manager for the pilot wave at the CSSC. She has spent the last 12 years in various roles at Associa consistently proving herself and moving up through the ranks. O’Neill started with Associa in 2002 in the Tucson, Arizona office as a client accounting director and then as human resources director. In 2010 she was named controller of client accounting in the Los Cabos, Mexico office and in 2011 also accepted the role of corporate director of accounting in the Dallas, Texas office.
O’Neill attended the University of Minnesota where she studied Accounting & Finance. She has attained certifications as Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM), Association Management Specialist (AMS), and Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA).
