ALLEN, TX--(Marketwire -05/18/12)- The Board of Directors of Atrion Corporation (ATRI) today declared a quarterly dividend of 49 cents per share on its outstanding shares of Common Stock. This dividend will be payable on June 29, 2012 to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 15, 2012.
