Atrion Corporation Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend by 14%

ALLEN, TX--(Marketwire -08/21/12)- The Board of Directors of Atrion Corporation (ATRI) today announced an increase in its quarterly cash dividend from 49 cents per share to 56 cents per share. Specifically, the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of 56 cents per share on its outstanding shares of Common Stock. This dividend will be payable on September 28, 2012 to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 14, 2012.
