Prior to engaging Grant Thornton, John Scholz had served as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm since January 1, 2010. The decision to change auditors was not the result of any disagreements between the Company and the former firm on any matters of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosures or auditing scope or procedures.
