Bayfield Ventures Corp.: Shares Issued in Connection With Surface Rights Remediation Agreement

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Jan. 27, 2012) - Bayfield Ventures Corp. (TSX VENTURE:BYV.V - News) (FRANKFURT:B4N.F - News) (the "Company") announces that further to its news release dated December 6, 2011 announcing a Surface Rights Remediation Agreement, the Company has now issued a total of 160,000 common shares to the owners of the surface rights of the Company's Burns Block gold-sliver project located in the Rainy River District of north western Ontario.

The common shares issued are subject to a four month hold period under applicable securities laws, and imposed by the TSX Venture Exchange, expiring May 6, 2011.
