Power. Among 14 home insurance providers in Western Canada , BCAA achieved the highest overall satisfaction score.

Widely recognized for its customer satisfaction research, J.D. Power, an independent and trusted market researcher, conducted its annual study that measures home insurance policyholder experiences with their primary insurers. The study examines satisfaction among home insurance customers of the largest insurers in Canada within five categories: interactions, policy offerings, price, billing, and payment and claims.
"An insurance policy is unique in that customers purchase it hoping they never need to use it. For those unfortunate enough to need to file a claim, this is often the first time that customers truly get to judge whether their trust in the insurer was well placed," according to J.D. Power. "This is where insurers can make or break their customer relationships.
