He also formed Robb Evans & Associates, LLC which acts as a fiduciary or trustee to administer complex troubled business situations.
Most recently, Mr. Evans has been asked to become a director of First PacTrust Bancorp, following its pending acquisition of Beach Business Bank. "It's the most exciting time to be in banking that I can remember," Evans commented.
