Atlanta Real Estate Brokerage Leader Introduces New Digital Advertising Network and Drive Times for Mobile Apps

ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwired - Jun 5, 2014) - Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties today announced the introduction of a new digital advertising network including digital billboards, interactive kiosks, digital displays in gas stations, flat panel TVs, exclusive video books and online ads in Google and Facebook. This innovative network is the most comprehensive set of digital mediums being deployed by any real estate brokerage in Atlanta. The company plans to test and optimize these different solutions to deliver a competitive advantage to their associates and clients. 

In addition, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties is launching Drive Times & Walk Scores for their custom real estate Mobile App. This unique combination of solutions from Inrix and Walk Score allows consumers to find different drives times from properties to work, schools and other addresses. This new digital advertising network allows BHHS Georgia Properties to test different types of content and delivery options. The company will be testing listing feeds, creative advertisements, video and real time digital displays. Messaging can be localized based on the locations of the displays. The Interactive Kiosks come in several options with more in development. The storefront kiosk works behind a glass window and is perfect for retail locations such as the company's new office coming soon to Vinings. The touch screen version is designed to work indoors similar to iPads. The exclusive video books are custom designed with a 7-inch video screen to play high-definition videos. The online advertising network includes paid ads and remarketing ads on Google and Facebook, including behavioral & geographic targeted ads plus banner ads on select websites.
