Black Diamond Group Limited Announces November Dividend

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - Nov. 18, 2013) - Black Diamond Group Limited ("Black Diamond" or "the Company") (BDI.TO) is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend for the month of November of $0.07 per share to holders of common shares. The dividend will be paid on December 16, 2013 to shareholders of record on November 29, 2013. The ex-dividend date is November 27, 2013. This dividend is an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes.

On November 6, 2013 Black Diamond announced an increase in its monthly dividend to $0.075. The increase is effective December 31, 2013 for payment to shareholders January 15, 2014.
