BNY Mellon promotes Peetz to company president

NEW YORK (AP) -- Bank of New York Mellon said Friday that Karen Peetz will become president of the company.

Peetz is currently the CEO of the bank's financial markets and treasury services business.

The company also named Timothy Keaney as CEO of Investment Services and Brian Shea will be named president of investment services. Keaney currently the CEO of BNY Mellon's asset servicing unit. Shea will continue as the CEO of the company's Pershing unit and the head of its broker dealer and advisor services division.
