Boeing aims to finish 787-9 flight testing in next two months, Reuters says

Boeing noted that it foresees finishing flight testing its stretched 787-9 Dreamliner in the next two months and deliver it close to mid-year, according to Reuters, citing company officials in media briefings. Boeing will begin fabricating parts for its 737 MAX jetliner this year, keeping that new development program on course for final assembly to commence by mid-2015 and service entry in 2017.
