The aircraft maker boosted its 20-year forecast for plane demand from the world's No. 2 economy 6.1%, at least the 4th year in a row it's raised China demand forecasts. Boeing (BA) expects China will need 5,580 new aircraft through '32, at a cost of $780 bil. Last year's forecast called for 5,260 new planes through '31, worth $670 bil. Boeing shares rose 26 cents to 106.63.
