BofA to see tax benefit by shifting $50B of derivatives to U.K., FT says

Bank of America (BAC) is moving over $50B of derivatives business out of its Dublin operation and into its U.K. subsidiary to allow the bank to benefit from tax breaks stemming from the accumulated losses in its U.K. business, according to people close to the operation, reported Financial Times.
