Unlike JP Morgan (JPM), Wells Fargo (WFC) and Citigroup (C), Bank of America (BAC) won't automatically waive fees for customers living in Sandy's path, reports the Wall Street Journal. BofA says customers may qualify for the waiver of some fees, but only if they go into a branch or contact the bank through an 800 number.
