Bonterra Energy Corp. Announces President and Chief Operating Officer Retirement

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - April 2, 2012) - Mr. Randy Jarock has given notice that, for personal reasons, he will retire from his positions of President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company effective June 30, 2012. The Company is commencing with a recruitment program to replace Mr. Jarock.

Mr. Jarock has agreed that he will continue his association with Bonterra (TSX:BNE.TO - News) by becoming a member of its Board of Directors.
